CNC Plasma Cutting Services and Bespoke Design Metal Artwork

Since taking delivery of our first Swiftcut CNC plasma cutting table in 2018 we have upgraded to a larger model and can now cut up to 25mm thick mild steel. The table can take a sheet of 3000mm x 1500mm and can produce one off custom made designs or mass produce components for our structural steel production.

Sam Wallace currently operates the Swift CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, as well as managing the day to day operational elements of the Construction Fabrication and production of the structural steel contracts for the business .

Wallace Fabrications roots go back to the 1970’s, when there was a business that was known as J. Wallace & Sons (the current owners grandfather) he was a blacksmith & steel fabricator in Northallerton. That set the foundation for the business that continues to thrive today, which is currently operated by the 2nd, 3rd & 4th generations of the family.
Having amassed hundreds of years of combined knowledge, we are proud to say, that on most occasions, for your challenge, we have the answer!

Wallace Fabrications became accredited for UKCA marking in execution class 2 in 2012, and we continue to be today, giving all of our clients the peace of mind in knowing, that all of our work is delivered with full conformity.

Since 2019, Wallace Fabrications LTD have been accredited with SMAS work safe approval, which ensures safe operation and conformity to procedures/standards that are laid down and monitored by The UK Health & Safety Executive.
